The Masterpiece Fund, Honoring the life and work of Tucker Sterling Jensen. 

The 30-Days Foundation will provide referrals and funding for THE MASTERPIECE FUND
​for emergency financial assistance for basic needs to local adults who have been diagnosed with cancer.

Tucker Sterling Jensen created his "masterpiece" during the last two of his 29 years on this earth as a songwriter, live performer, and recording artist. The vast majority of his work was done while he was receiving chemotherapy and during multiple hospital stays.  His will and ambition drove him. THE MASTERPIECE FUND hopes these grants fuel the inner drive of other patients and sustains them as they heal.  
The 30-Days Foundation wishes to thank  Angel Foundation for their support and the great work they do every day for local families facing cancer. Together, we offer families and individuals help and hope.

Requirements for
​receiving a grant

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Currently have a cancer diagnosis
• Currently receiving cancer treatment in the 7 county metro area
  • This includes - Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington
• A member of your oncology care team must fill out the medical information on the application 
• Patient needs to meet the financial guidelines set by Angel Foundation.

Once that process is complete, Angel Foundation can provide what options of support they can offer through financial assistance, education and emotional support programs.   
This is a unique and beautiful partnership of two Minnesota charities  coming together to have an even greater impact on the lives of those facing the hardships of cancer.
