Listed below are the agencies that The 30-Days Foundation receives referrals from.
If you currently are working with someone at one of these agencies, please have your case manager email us directly at [email protected]
If you are not currently working with any of the agencies listed below, please email us directly at [email protected]
Please note that The 30-Days Foundation provides a one-time financial grants to those who request our assistance only once in a twelve-month span of time.
For Example - If you received a grant from us on June 1st 2022, the next time we'd be able to assist with a request from you again would be June 1, 2023.
